Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Since all products and services offered by Maha Rahasya are spiritual, ritual-based, and energetically programmed, we operate under a strict no return and no refund policy.

1. No Returns

Products such as oils, salts, prasad, yantras, energized items, ritual kits, etc., once dispatched, cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. No Refund

Rituals, consultations, anushthan, havan, and energy work—100% non-refundable once booked.

Product orders once placed and processed cannot be refunded.

3. Exceptions

Refund is only possible if:

You were charged twice due to a technical error.

The product hasn’t been dispatched AND you request cancellation within 12 hours only for non-ritual or non-energized retail items. (This does NOT apply to energized/siddh products.)

4. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package is physically damaged before opening, customer must:

Record an unboxing video from start to end.

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, replacement may be provided, no refunds.

5. Service Delay

If due to unavoidable reasons (health, temple restrictions, astrologically unfavourable timings) the ritual/havan date is rescheduled, the booking will be shifted to the next auspicious time. No refund in such cases.
